The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Crisis Management , with exposure to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) , Business Continuity Management (BCM) , and Risk Management .This role is pivotal in preparing the organization to respond to disruptive incidents effectively, ensuring resilience and quick recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the development and execution of Crisis Management strategies and playbooksCoordinate real-time incident response activities across business units during crisesConduct crisis simulation exercises and post-incident reviewsCollaborate with business continuity and risk teams to align crisis response plansMaintain and update crisis communication plans and stakeholder contact listsMonitor emerging risks and provide timely risk intelligencePrepare executive reports and dashboards on incident readiness and response effectivenessMandatory Skills✔ Strong hands-on experience in Crisis Management at the enterprise level✔ Exposure to BCP/BCM frameworks and Risk Management practices✔ Experience in conducting drills, simulations, and crisis response coordination✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making under pressure✔ Familiarity with governance frameworks like ISO 22301 , NIST , or FFIEC is a plus✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid work environmentImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:You have less than 3 years or more than 6 years of relevant experienceYou do not have real-time Crisis Management experienceYou are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou are looking for a remote-only role (this is hybrid )You do not live in a city with an LTIMindtree office✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
