As part of our global reach and network, the Senior Rotating Engineer will play a key role in providing outstanding recruitment solutions, identifying high potential professionals with sophisticated skills from different industries such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology and Health Care. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in the Oil & Energy industry and will play a key role in driving the success of Eram Talent.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and enginesDevelop and oversee maintenance programs and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performanceConduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to identify and address issues before they become major problemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute equipment improvement projectsProvide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and techniciansEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standardsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendorsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringBS in Mechanical Engineering + 10 years of experience + 5 years as Mechanical Rotating EngineerAt least 5+ years of experience in rotating equipment engineering in the Oil & Energy industryStrong technical knowledge of rotating equipment design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshootingDemonstrated experience leading successful equipment improvement projectsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
