In this role, you will help the team expand external relationships, manage communication with collaborators, and actively support outreach-driven initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.Key Responsibilities-Identify and reach out to potential partners, creators, brands, and communitiesConduct initial outreach calls/messages and maintain follow-upsAssist in communication and coordination for collaborations, campaigns, and tie-upsMaintain and update outreach trackers, databases, and follow-up sheetsDraft professional emails, proposals, and communication templatesSupport in planning and executing partnership-based activities and community eventsResearch potential outreach opportunities and build lists for targeted communicationAssist in creating outreach strategies for improving brand visibility and engagementCoordinate with internal teams for requirement gathering, information sharing, and timely updatesPerform additional marketing or communications-related tasks as neededRequirements-Graduate student or recent graduate (Any discipline; Marketing/Communication preferred)Experience in outreach, sales, partnerships, marketing, or communicationExcellent spoken and written communication skillsStrong organisational abilities and follow-up disciplineAbility to manage time efficiently and handle responsibilities with reliability and ownershipComfortable reaching out to new people across platforms (LinkedIn, email, DMs)Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independentlyWhat Navaan Offers-Hands-on exposure to outreach, partnerships, communication, and brand collaborationsOpportunity to lead outreach initiatives with real ownershipDirect mentorship from the marketing and leadership teamsA dynamic, learning-driven environmentExperience in real-world communication strategy and stakeholder managementCertificate of completion✨ Kickstart your global marketing career with Navaan -apply now✨
