A fast-growing BPM organization is launching a new Global Capability Center (GCC) practice and is looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this business from the ground up.Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)Role Level: Business Head – GCCKey Responsibilities:Lead the full P&L of the GCC business (revenue + profitability).Bring international clients who want to set up their back-office, tech, or shared services in India.Set up new delivery centers — choosing location, hiring people, ensuring infrastructure, compliance, and smooth transition.Work with multiple partners like real estate, HR, legal, and technology players to make the setup happen.Drive the entire project end-to-end — from pitching to clients → onboarding → execution → operations.Ideal Candidate:Have deep experience in GCC setup / shared services / BPM transitions .Be well-connected in the industry.Be comfortable building the practice from zero , initially working as an individual contributor.Negotiate with global CXOs and manage large-scale operations.15–22 years in GCC setup, shared services, BPM/BPO transitions, or India entry consulting.Strong experience with Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models.Ability to build a new business from scratch.Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Background in BPM, consulting, or shared services preferred.
