Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a Front Desk Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff and managing various administrative tasks to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee front desk operations including client checkin/checkout appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.Manage staff scheduling monitor attendance and provide training to front desk personnel.Oversee CRM and MS Officerelated tasks ensuring accurate and uptodate client information.Coordinate with the sales team to meet client expectations and promote services.Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.Manage accommodation arrangements for outoftown staff and clients.Requirements:
Experience:
35 years of experience in a similar role within the Wellness & Beauty industry or related fields.Education:
Any graduation.Age:
2535 years.Gender:
Female candidates preferred.Marital Status:
Married/Unmarried.Language Skills:
Fluent in Hindi & English.Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of CRM systems proficiency in MS Office experience in sales client handling and staff management.Preferred Candidate Background:
Candidates from Bihar UP Jharkhand or Delhi are preferred but candidates from other regions with relevant experience will also be considered.Benefits:
