Job Overview Nexus Jobs is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. As a Junior position, this full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in the travel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, itinerary planning, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about travel and sales to grow within our company. Qualifications and Skills Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Ability to source and engage potential clients to expand our customer base. Itinerary Planning (Mandatory skill): Expertise in designing detailed travel plans that cater to client preferences and budgets. Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Skilled in building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients. Negotiation: Exceptional ability to negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability. Upselling: Capability to identify opportunities to offer additional services to enhance client experience. Travel Consultation: Proficiency in advising clients on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations. Cold Calling: Experience in initiating contact with potential clients to generate and convert leads. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of travel products and services to provide informed recommendations to clients. Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads and transform them into long-term customers by understanding their travel needs and preferences. Create and tailor itinerary plans based on individual client requirements and available travel options. Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Negotiate effectively with clients and partners to secure the best travel deals and maximize profitability. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the travel experience for customers. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to increase sales opportunities and achieve targets. Provide expert travel consultation, addressing client queries with comprehensive and accurate information. Stay updated with the latest travel trends and product offerings to provide current market insights to clients.
