Finance and Account Executive


1. Data Entry and Reporting: 


  • Accurately tally and record all account-related data, transactions, and activities in the company's accounting system.
  • Generate and distribute monthly MIS reports, providing comprehensive insights into account performance, financial metrics, and operational data.
  • Prepare and share periodic Purchase Order (PO) reports with investors, keeping them informed about account activities and expenditures.



2. Financial Management: 


  • Maintain accurate records of monthly salary expenses and other account-related expenditures.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist with budget forecasting and expense projections for accounts.


3.Tender Process Management: 


  • Facilitate the tender process by gathering required documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Accurately fill out tender forms, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
  • Liaise with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals and signatures for tender submissions.


4.Legal and Compliance: 


  • Collaborate with the CS to gather and organize legal documents related to accounts.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and storage of legal documents for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Coordinate with the legal team as needed for contract review and document processing.


5. Bookkeeping and Accounting: 


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Reconcile account statements and perform account reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Assist the accounting team with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting as required.


TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficiency in Tally software or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and report generation.
  • Familiarity with financial principles and accounting practices.


SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong phone, email, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


EDUCATION QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field)
