Solutions Architect

Location- Chennai

Shift timing- 4 pm to 1 am

We are seeking a
Solutions Architect
to bridge client needs with product capabilities, ensuring value-driven proposals, demos, and successful onboarding. The role combines pre-sales expertise, product knowledge, and customer engagement within the healthcare IT space.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client workflows, gather requirements, and create tailored proposals/SOWs.
  • Deliver product demos, walkthroughs, and training focused on storytelling and value.
  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Act as liaison across finance, sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and healthcare payer processes (claims, clearinghouse, mailroom).
  • Manage multiple engagements with high responsiveness and client focus.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years in sales engineering, technical consulting, pre-sales, or business development (Healthcare IT preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex solutions and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Experience in RFIs/RFPs; familiarity with Loopio preferred.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
