Role & responsibilities

The Operations Partner Statutory Compliance is accountable for managing end-to-end statutory and labour law compliance at the plant or factory level. This role ensures full adherence to applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, supports HR operational compliance, and oversees administrative functions critical to plant operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, ethical, and legally compliant workplace, while driving consistency in internal HR processes and fostering a culture of accountability and engagement

Preferred candidate profile

A meticulous and proactive professional with extensive experience in statutory compliance, labor laws, and factory administration. Demonstrates a deep understanding of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, and Factories Act, coupled with hands-on experience managing licenses, audits, employee welfare programs, and safety compliance in industrial or manufacturing settings.
