You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations that power our global customer base.You’ll be responsible for the full integration lifecycle — from design and development to testing, deployment, and production support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintainAPI-based integrationsbetween Brightedge and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, NetSuite, Shopify, and others.Develop, test, and document REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.Work withiPaaS platforms(Mulesoft, Workato, Tray.io, Boomi, or Celigo) and custom-built connectors to deliver reliable integrations.Implementauthentication and authorizationflows (OAuth2, JWT, API keys, etc.) and ensure data security in transit and at rest.Own theend-to-end integration lifecycle— from requirements, architecture, and development to deployment and post-release monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Customer Success) to define and maintainintegration SLAs, logging, and monitoringstandards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and API issues across environments.Contribute tointernal integration playbooks , runbooks, and best practices documentation.Required Qualifications3–6 yearsof hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer, API Developer, or similar role in aSaaS or product company .Strong expertise in building and consumingRESTful APIsand experience withOpenAPI/Swagger .Proven experience withSaaS integrations(Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Shopify, etc.).Proficiency withone or more scripting/programming languages(Python, Node.js, or Java preferred).Strong understanding ofAPI security standards(OAuth2, JWT, SSL, rate limiting).Experience withiPaaS / middlewaretools likeWorkato, Boomi, Tray.io, or Mulesoft .Familiarity withasynchronous integration patterns(Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, or Webhooks).Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines , Git, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding ofmonitoring and observabilitytools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar).Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to own production incidents end-to-end.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience withGraphQL APIsor API Gateway platforms (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway).Background indata mapping, ETL workflows , orintegration architecture design .Experience contributing toAPI documentation, SDKs , ordeveloper portals .Exposure toevent-driven or microservices architectures .Work RequirementsThis is aremote role based in India .Mandatory:Must be available to work inUS EST / PST business hoursfor collaboration with global teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with US-based stakeholders.Why BrightedgeWork on high-impact, global integrations that power enterprise-scale data products.Collaborative and fast-paced engineering culture with end-to-end ownership.Competitive compensation, flexible remote work, and exposure to cutting-edge SaaS ecosystems.
