Location: Bangalore (working out of client office)
Job Type: Work From Office (5 days a week)
Joining: Immediate (Preferred)
CTC Bracket: 5.5 LPA – 6 LPA
What You’ll Do:
Develop and deliver high-quality content for various platforms including leadership blogs, social media (LinkedIn, Glassdoor), technical articles, internal communications, newsletters, and more.
Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the highest standards of clarity, engagement, and correctness.
Respond to ad-hoc content requests and manage communication during crisis situations.
Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to support Employer Branding and People Communications initiatives.
Capture and narrate inspiring stories from within the organization to bolster community and culture.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
A content writer with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
A versatile communicator able to mirror the tone and style needed for diverse content, from formal to fun.
An enthusiast for visual storytelling, with skills in videography and photography being a plus.
Proficient with Google Suite and able to swiftly adapt to new technologies and environments.
A creative thinker with a talent for conceptualization and problem-solving.
Ready to immerse in a fast-paced, transformative setting where learning and growth are part of daily life.
At least 2 years of experience in content writing or a related field.
