Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation:Operate and monitor sleeve application and labeling machinery for various container types, shapes, and sizes.
  • Quality Control:Ensure the accurate and high-quality application of sleeves, monitoring for defects and making adjustments as needed.
  • Machine Maintenance:Perform basic setup, adjustments, and simple maintenance on the sleeve labeling machinery to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Problem-Solving:Identify and troubleshoot minor issues, mechanical malfunctions, or errors to prevent production delays and maintain efficiency.
  • Work Area Management:Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Production Flow:
  • Monitor the production line, anticipate potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow.
  • Material Handling:Handle and organize materials, labels, and finished products to support the smooth flow of the production line and facilitate shipping.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical Aptitude:Possess a strong understanding of machinery and the ability to perform minor adjustments and maintenance.
  • Attention to Detail:Crucial for ensuring precise sleeve application and maintaining quality standards.
  • Safety Awareness:Adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical or production-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time
