Company Description
ARTIANA is a click and mortar hybrid auction house focused on art and luxury collectibles, with a 'No Buyer's Premium' policy. The company is based in Dubai and has an established presence in Mumbai.
Role Description:
Provide information to the clients regarding the artwork and other details to meet their requirements
Generate sales through different channels like cold calling, networking, online platforms and collaborating
Support gallery events and exhibitions
Assist with art marketing to generate leads
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly sales target
Build and Maintain strong relationship with clients
Negotiation and closing sales
Maintain record of sales activities, performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management to review and evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate and work closely with other members of the team
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, fine arts or related field is preferred
Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales or art industry is preferred
Passionate about art
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and ability to meet sales targets
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
