Legal Officer – Real Estate

Location: Margao, South Goa (On-site, Full-time) Are you an experienced Advocate with a strong background in real estate law? We are a well-established real estate company based in Margao, South Goa, and we are looking for a dedicated full-time Legal Officer to join our in-house team. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and execution of customer agreements and legal documentation Preparing title reports and conducting title due diligence Managing property-related legal formalities and compliance Coordinating with our senior external advocates for court matters and legal proceedings Supporting the management team with legal opinions and property documentation reviews ✅ Requirements: Must be a qualified Advocate with valid enrollment Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the real estate legal domain Strong knowledge of property laws, title verification, RERA regulations, and drafting skills Excellent coordination and communication skills Must be currently residing in South Goa or willing to work daily from our office in Margao ⚠ Please note: Applications from outside South Goa will not be considered for this position. This is a strictly on-site role.
