Requirements
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join VAP Group as a Legal Specialist with a focus on contract review and analysis.
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client contracts, identifying key legal issues, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide clear and concise summaries of contract provisions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay informed about relevant legal developments and changes in laws affecting contract review
  • Conduct legal research to support contract analysis and provide recommendations to the legal team
  • Communicate legal findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure a comprehensive approach to contract review
  • Work closely with other attorneys to share insights and best practices
  • Develop strategies for mitigating legal risks associated with contractual agreements
  • Advise clients on potential risks and propose alternative contractual provisions to achieve optimal outcomes

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Preferred degree from an law school
  • 4-5 years of experience in contract review and analysis
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial agreements, and relevant legal principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
