Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Manager located in Rajasthan, India. The Security Manager will oversee physical security measures, manage security personnel, and implement security policies and procedures. Tasks include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating with law enforcement, and managing information and network security protocols. The Security Manager will work closely with various departments to maintain a secure environment for employees and assets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Physical Security and Security Management
- Proficiency in Information Security and Cybersecurity
- Knowledge of Network Security
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Rajasthan, India
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in the cement or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Certifications in security management or related fields are beneficial
