Experience: Minimum 5 years in wealth/channel management
Notice Period / Gap: Up to 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a high-net-worth portfolio with a minimum book size of ₹20 crore
- Source clients via wealth channels—roles like ‘Privi RM’, ‘Burgundy RM’, ‘Wealth Manager’, ‘Imperia RM’, ‘Preferred RM’
- Offer full-spectrum wealth advisory including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, debt, and lending solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (trading, research, product) for seamless service delivery
- Actively cross-sell across products to drive revenue and advisory impact
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven portfolio management with book ≥₹20 CR in HNI/UHNI domain
- Background in wealth-channel sourcing and managing premium client segments
- Strong product knowledge: cash, derivatives, alternate investments, structured products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client orientation
- Ability to work in co-ordination with internal teams to fulfil client needs
KPIs & Targets:
- Book growth—₹20 CR minimum with incremental AUM
- New HNI/UHNI acquisition numbers
- Cross-sell ratio across financial product suite
- Client satisfaction and retention metrics
