DXP Architect with skills DXP Dev, MuleSoft, CSS, HTML, AEM Architecture, AEM Development, JavaScript Development, SQL, Adobe Workfront, AEM Sites for location Bangalore, India Posted on: December 17, Share on Linkedin Share on Twitter Share on Facebook ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey • Lead business & technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery • Partner with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions for the customer • Oversee technical development and follow standard operating procedure documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software • Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutions • Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrations • To assess integration needs/requirements, identify solutions, describe the integration process and capabilities, both during pre-sales and post-sales stages of the customer journey. • Developing the integration solution (program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identifying necessary Workfront configuration to support the integration approach. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree 12+ years of overall experience in Software development • 8+ years of experience in client facing integration and/or implementation work (integration, software development, operations, etc.) • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management • Proficient with Workfront Core & Fusion • Desirable to have Martech background particularly with Web Content Management like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider like Mulesoft, Dell boomi etc is desired • Proficient Java, PHP, or Python; and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Familiarity with relational databases / SQL • Experience with Data migration from previous client tools & systems • Proactive, flexible, hands-on, results-oriented practitioner with a deep business process, consultative focus • Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.) • Experience working with 3rd party software integrations EXPERIENCE 12-14 Years SKILLS Primary Skill: DXP Dev Sub Skill(s): DXP Dev Additional Skill(s): MuleSoft, CSS, HTML, AEM Architecture, AEM Development, JavaScript Development, SQL, Adobe Workfront, AEM Sites ABOUT THE COMPANY Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company based out of Silicon Valley.
