JOB LOCATION : BANGALORE, INDIA 



Role Summary:


As a Data Analyst, you are responsible to support stakeholders on all levels in the organization by creating reports and dashboards or complex queries for programmers. You work with our business analyst and development team to get the insights needed and extract and present information in the best feasible way and are always on the lookout for how you can improve our business.


Roles & Responsibilities:


● Develop reports and Power BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards.

● Work with stakeholders on all levels in the organization to gather requirements and our application

    development team to get them implemented.

● Develop/enhance/troubleshoot complex SQL for report or application use.

● Performance tune slow running SQL queries.

● Help with testing our company’s self-developed applications.


What you need, to be successful


Must have skills:


● 3-5 yrs. experience/proficiency in complex SQL (subqueries, window functions etc.)

● 1+ yr. experience with PowerBI (or similar tools)

● Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, match/index, pivot tables/charts)

● Effective communication and data visualization skills

● Experience with performance tuning SQL statements

● Experience with freight forwarding/NVOCC business or desire to learn
