– Effective and efficient hands-on instructor/trainer, working directly with employees.
– Educate and train new hires and employees on hands-on tasks.
– Continuous process improvement of techniques for effective training.
– Ensure efficient and effective store operations within given guidelines.
– Analyze employee training needs and improve performance.
– Instructs employees on restaurant food quality and safety.
– Passionate about staff development and mentoring.
– Follows company policies and procedures.
– Is a team player and goes above and beyond expectations.
– Flexibility to work days, weekends, and holidays.

Restaurant Trainer, 3+ years of restaurant experience
Teamwork and leadership skills.
Able to analyze daily operations and guest service needs
Good at time management
Have a passion for staff development and mentoring
Have problem solving skills
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Team player

Salaries -15k to 25k
