You will be accountable for our membership program(s) in the F&N area, defining and driving content-led initiatives that lead to client acquisition and retention. Your activities will drive sustainable and profitable growth across our membership products.


You will build a team and a process that produces high-impact, research-driven viewpoints and thought leadership - and create a "wow" experience for our clients. Your knowledge of client business challenges and industry issues will also help you drive continuous innovation in scope and service delivery across our membership programs.


You will also represent FutureBridge's thought leadership through a variety of forums, helping craft a distinctive identity for our value proposition. Although you will be working in an entrepreneurial environment, you will have deep contacts and collaboration with our global research teams. Overall accountability for FutureBridge's F&N Membership Programs

- Take ownership of the business growth and sustainability of FutureBridge's membership products and programs in the Food & Nutrition domain

- Build and execute a strategy to meet annual topline and bottomline targets, in collaboration with the Vice President

- Strategize and drive business development with or without the support from sales/BD colleagues Client acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Identify and execute initiatives that will enhance clients' engagement with FutureBridge's membership programs, and deliver client satisfaction and secure renewal of client membership

- Lead your team to leverage FutureBridge's marketing capabilities towards building a distinct brand and to target and generate interest from the right prospects; drive marketing outreach programs

- Drive sales enablement (e.g. creation of "pitch decks" that showcase our expertise and capabilities in domain/technology area for a corporate audience) and targeting (e.g. identification of relevant market segments and their pain points which can be addressed by FutureBridge's membership programs)

- Facilitate key meetings with clients and prospects by clearly articulating FutureBridge's services and value proposition to the client and engaging them with thought leadership; initiate and develop industry / capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, etc. to support business development Team leadership

- Lead / hire / build / develop / train / mentor a team of Analysts and Research Specialists specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in the food & nutrition domain

- Set process and review mechanisms to ensure successful execution of programs and tasks ensuring company-defined quality and timeline standards; oversee strategic engagements / large RFPs / key accounts and deals

- Drive and implement organizational / BU / Practice-level policies, initiatives, etc.
