Job description:

Zoho Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) is an end-to-end consulting, software implementation, and project management service dedicated to helping mid to large companies deploy the best solutions to optimize their business processes. As a Developer, you are responsible for Configuring, Customizing Zoho products and Developing Custom built solutions for the Customer's requirements.

Requirement Location- Mumbai

Responsibilities:Configure, Customize the Zoho products as per the business requirements.Develop Custom-built solutions as per the business requirements, test the developed functionality and deliverEngage Client's technical teams and clarify, refine the business requirementsPropose the right solutions for the customer’s business requirements leveraging Zoho Suite of productsHands on coding experience in multiple technologies.Hands on experience on Integration methodologies, especially rest services is criticalHands on experience on DatabasesWork closely with Business Analysts and Technical lead to develop the best technical design and approach for solution development.Work closely with Zoho product team to share feedback from customers and engage on building new product features, enhancementsAnalyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and provide deliverables status updates to Technical Lead/ Project Manager.Skills and Pre- Requisites

3- 6 years in Implementation role (CRM and SaaS implementation experience preferred)Experience engaging client's technical teams, and functional teams to collect requirements, describe software features, technical designs, and strategyGood technical, solution, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skillsIdentify areas of improvement in the existing solution, design, code and come up with ideas for enhancing the solution.

Minimum 2 years of Implementation experience in Zoho CRM is required

Notice Period- Immediate to 1 month's notice preferred.
