JOB DESCRIPTION:

LTSCT’s Chief Development Organization and Global Engineering team is a central engineering organization responsible for developing and delivering Systems-on-a-Chip (SoCs) for LTSCT's Automotive, Industrial, Energy and Telecom infra business lines. The team is challenged to produce industry leading solutions covering very cost sensitive, low power devices to highly integrated, high performance, multidomain devices compliant with the latest automotive and industrial safety and security standards.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Translates product specification and system requirements into Design requirements/ SpecificationsDrive and develop activities associated with development of wireless communication capability for MEMS integrated sensors and IOT nodes.Responsible for evaluating concepts, defining requirements, design planning, designing circuits, verification, documentation, validation.Support the Bench validation, debug activities and customer support on the products.Create technical documents needed for the life cycle of the IP/Products like verification plans, validation plans etcAbility to work across different products. These include coordinating the integration of an BLE radio IP into a new product and the development of a new low-power wake-up radio.

Key Challenges:

Demonstrated Strong Analog design skills. Capable of designing high performance Analog circuits to meet specified requirements.Demonstrated expertise in Low Power, Low Noise CMOS circuitsExpertise in design of RF/Analog integrated circuits required such as LNA, Mixer, RF VGAs, PA, VCO, PLL, Regulators, etc. in sub-micron CMOS technologies.Experience with MCU-based systems, functional safety, and automotive design are all beneficial.

Cross Functional Aspects:Interface regularly with local and remote ASIC and MEMs designers, product and test engineers, program manager, and the product definer to understand the product, design/debug the ASIC and the final product as one team.

Qualifications:

MS or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline required15+ years of relevant experience in Analog/RF Circuit Design.Strong analytical and debugging skillsSelf-Driven with a can-do attitudeStrong written and oral communications required.
