Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant – Murex/Aladdin Integration & Implementation

Location: RCP, Mumbai (Relocation considered only for candidates who have already left their previous role with valid reason)

Experience: 7+ years (minimum 6 years relevant in Murex/Aladdin)

Budget: Up to 30 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (serving notice up to 15 days acceptable)

About the Role

Reliance Jio is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in integration and implementation of Murex or Aladdin platforms. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of financial products, risk management systems, and the ability to work across both technical and functional domains.

You will play a critical role in system integration, business analysis, solution design, and implementation, ensuring smooth functioning of trading, risk, and portfolio management modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration and implementation of Murex or Aladdin systems for trading and risk management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions aligned with business needs.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system configuration, interface development, and testing.

Support functional users in understanding system capabilities and provide training/documentation where necessary.

Conduct UAT, system validation, and troubleshooting for any technical or functional issues.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.

Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights on system workflows, risk reporting, and process automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Risk, Treasury, and Operations) to deliver projects on time and with high quality.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years relevant experience in Murex or Aladdin platforms.

Strong techno-functional expertise – ability to work across both system configuration and business requirement mapping.

Hands-on experience with system integration, implementation, and support for Murex/Aladdin.

Proficiency in financial instruments, derivatives, risk management, and portfolio management workflows.

Knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, APIs, and scripting languages for integration and customization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with large-scale financial institutions or consulting firms.

Exposure to capital markets, investment management, and treasury systems.

Knowledge of DevOps tools, cloud-based deployments, and automation frameworks.

Professional certifications in Murex, Aladdin, or related financial systems will be an added advantage.
