Job location - KuwaitResponsibilities:-

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards-

Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support as needed-

Utilize your expertise in duct fabrication to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards-

Work closely with workshop engineers to ensure that all requirements are met & best procedure for the smooth fabrication.-

Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure that deadlines are met-

Able to read the HVAC drawing and make the checklist for fabrication.-

Experience in handling the CAD/CAM SOFTWARE for entering the products in the CNC PLASMA.Fabrication:-

Strong knowledge of duct fabrication, HVAC, and duct layout-

Excellent leadership and communication skills-

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively-

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet-

Ability to work independently and as part of a team-

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality-

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at onceQualifications:-

4+ years of experience in a duct workshop Supervisor role with strong knowledge of sheet metal/duct.
