Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Scientist located in Nagpur. The Senior Scientist will be responsible for leading research and development projects, formulating new adhesives and sealants, and improving existing products. They will conduct experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in formulation and development of adhesives and sealants
  • Strong analytical and experimental design skills
  • Experience in leading R&D projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in preparing technical reports and documentation
  • Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to innovate and develop customised solutions
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus.
