Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with 4 to 8 years of expertise to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its various implementations, along with hands-on experience in developing decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts.

As a Blockchain Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying blockchain solutions to address our organization's Design and implement blockchain solutions using various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.

- Develop decentralized applications (DApps) using blockchain technologies and frameworks like Web3.js, Truffle, or Solidity.

- Write, test, and deploy smart contracts to automate business processes and enforce trust and transparency.

- Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and specifications for blockchain projects.

- Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and protocols to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Implement security best practices and protocols to secure blockchain networks and prevent unauthorized access or tampering.

- Design and optimize blockchain architectures for scalability, performance, and efficiency.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring activities.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 4-8 years of experience working as a Blockchain Developer or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.

- Hands-on experience with decentralized application (DApp) development using Web3.js, Truffle, or Solidity.

- Strong understanding of blockchain consensus algorithms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technology (DLT).

- Experience with smart contract development and deployment using tools like Remix or Ganache.

- Knowledge of blockchain security principles and best practices, including private and public key cryptography, digital signatures, and secure code development.

- Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks, libraries, and SDKs.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or certification in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, or related field.

- Experience with blockchain interoperability protocols such as Polkadot or Cosmos.

- Knowledge of tokenization standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-721.

- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and applications.

- Previous experience working on enterprise blockchain projects or consortia.

- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or participation in blockchain communities.
