Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist with a strong background in web analytics, digital campaign analytics, and marketing funnel analytics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for analyzing marketing data and translating it into actionable insights that can drive strategic decisions and improve overall marketing effectiveness.


Responsibilities

  • Design and execute analyses to understand the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing funnel performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, delivering insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Employ Python for advanced data analysis tasks, enhancing the depth and efficiency of insights generated.
  • Independently present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical team members, ensuring clear communication and actionable advice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on objectives, share insights, and drive the implementation of data-driven strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing analytics, continually seeking ways to improve our processes and outcomes.


Functional Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in web analytics, digital campaign analytics, and marketing funnel analytics.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other quantitative testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Experience with Python is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.


Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of initiative and drive, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
