Roles & Responsibilities Drive the Sales growth and profitability of private-label products in the personal care and Home-care categories. Keep a tab on consumer pulse, and generate market insight to create compelling offerings that meet consumer needs and preferences. Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for private label products in Personal and Home Care, aligned with overall business objectives. Develop and implement a fast-paced product development strategy to enhance product offerings drastically while ensuring the highest standards of quality Skill Set This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, product development expertise & Category management skills.
