Position: Sourcer
Location: 100% Remote (US CST Work-shift)
Reports to: Delivery Lead
Experience Required: Entry-level (0-2) years sourcing experience in the staffing or IT/ERP recruitment services industry.
Job Summary: As a STEPS Sourcer, also known as a "Talent Seeker", you will focus solely on sourcing top-tier candidates for various IT and ERP roles. This position is designed for individuals with minimal experience in recruitment but with a keen interest in talent acquisition. You will be provided with complete sourcing strategies and tools, ensuring you can focus on precision in identifying and engaging the best talent.
Position Profile:
We are seeking a skilled Sourcer to join our dynamic recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top technical talent and a passion for building strong candidate pipelines. As an expert sourcer and team player, you will play a critical role in our recruitment process by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates for our technical roles while maintaining the company’s core values.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Understanding of technical roles and the skills required for those positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate with Delivery Leads for candidate submission and quality assurance.
