IT and Security Manager

Location This role is office-based and can be performed from Trivandrum, Kerala, India. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) IT Support & Operations Respond to IT helpdesk requests from global personnel. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes within your region. Manage end-to-end corporate asset lifecycle, including purchasing and tracking of corporate laptops. Execute IT and IT Ops directives while identifying opportunities for process automation. Ensure timely resolution of executive-level IT requests and tickets. Manage and administer a wide range of SaaS products and vendors the company uses. Cybersecurity & Compliance Collaborate with Security Managers, Leads, and Engineers to implement and support cybersecurity initiatives. Manage and deploy the organization's SIEM system (experience with Microsoft Sentinel is a plus). Monitor, triage, and respond to security events reported by the SIEM. Assist developers and engineers in resolving security-related tickets within established SLAs. Contribute to vulnerability management efforts and remediation strategies. Support compliance efforts (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, etc.) and help maintain regulatory compliance. Cloud & Infrastructure Security Work with third-party CSPM and cloud security tools (experience in cloud infrastructure security is a plus). Maintain expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure Networking (DevOps experience is a plus). Knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and AKS is advantageous. Assist in setting up and managing SD-WANs, firewalls, and routers. Programming & Automation Utilize programming skills (Python required) to automate IT and security processes. Identify and implement automation opportunities in IT operations. Incident Response & On-Call Support Participate in an on-call rotation (minimum once per month) for incident response and escalation. Ensure proper handling of security incidents through the Incident Response System. Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement Define and refine IT and security processes in collaboration with managers and stakeholders. Work with HRIS tools such as Rippling (experience is a plus).
