Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse for our Client located in Chennai.
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical records.
The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, educating patients and their families on health management, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
The Staff Nurse will also be responsible for adhering to all health and safety regulations, and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree (BSc Nursing or equivalent) and valid nursing license
- Patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress
- Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and hospital policies
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
