Role Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher for our IB Diploma Programme on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging lesson plans, delivering effective instruction, and fostering meaningful communication with our students. This position entails direct interaction with students in Noida, ensuring the delivery of high-quality English education that aligns with our school's vision and values.


Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans tailored to the IB Diploma Programme.

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive English instruction that caters to diverse learning needs.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.

• Establish clear communication channels with students to facilitate effective learning and address individual needs.

• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and enhance the overall educational experience.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proficiency in English teaching methodologies and educational practices.

• Strong skills in lesson planning and instructional delivery.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.

• Previous experience in teaching English, preferably within an international or IB curriculum setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme curriculum and its implementation (preferred).

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
