Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager with a specialization in marketplace operations and a minimum of 4 years of experience managing online marketplaces in India or abroad. The KAM will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings, driving sales, and building strong relationships with key marketplace partners.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key marketplace platforms to ensure brand visibility and sales optimization.

- Manage and oversee our online product portfolio across various marketplaces, ensuring product listings are optimized for maximum performance.

- Analyze marketplace trends and performance data to develop strategies for growth and increased market share.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory, marketing, and promotional strategies are aligned with marketplace activities.

- Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews, working closely with the Customer Service team to address any issues that may arise.

- Provide regular reporting on marketplace performance, identifying key metrics for success and areas of improvement.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- At least 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, either within India or in international markets.

- Strong understanding of eCommerce and online retail operations.

- Experience in data analysis and the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partners.

- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
