Job Title: Service Engineer
Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field

Location: Thermax Chowk, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Job Summary:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing after-sales support through equipment servicing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical consultation to clients. The role involves both onsite and remote support to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide technical service support for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime.
  • Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and reports.
  • Train end-users and customer staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or product teams.
  • Ensure service activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with technical knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Assist with spare parts management and stock control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant service or maintenance experience (freshers can be considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹625,217.86 per year
