Job Title: Medical Representative (Bangalore) Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pharma sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions. Gather market intelligence and competitor information. Ensure timely reporting and maintain proper sales records. Coordinate with the marketing and distribution teams for smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Salary: Competitive, based on experience and industry standards. Working Days: 6 days a week
