- Leadership qualities with Excellent Communication, logical and analytical skills along with Stakeholder management

- Willingness to support in shifts

- Must possess sound knowledge on EAI/B2B architecture and Design methodologies

- Minimum of 6 years' experience with IBM Sterling Integrator and fair knowledge on IBM B2Bi, IBM C : D etc

- Extensive IBM Sterling Integrator Map development and Business process development skills with hands on SI Admin Tasks (Must)

- Extensive knowledge on EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, TRADACOMS), XML and other flat file formats

- Good Understanding of JDBC, SAP Integration, API and SOAP (Must)

- Fair experience on System operations and Performance tuning

- Good knowledge on PGP/ Encryption concepts

- Provide technical support for all B2B transactions

- Understanding of Trading partner setup that require communication protocol setup like AS2, VAN, SFTP, HTTP/s, CD, MQ, SMTP, AWS-S3.

- Strong UNIX Scripting skills (Must)

- Implementation/ Installation knowledge on Sterling Integrator

- AWS knowledge would add value

- Self-driven and willingness to work individually as well as lead team as per requirements

This involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

3. Customization and Development : You will be responsible for customizing and developing new features or enhancements for the B2Bi and SI solutions as per the business requirements. This could involve creating new maps, business processes, dashboards, and reports as needed.

4. Documentation and Training : It is crucial to ensure that proper documentation is maintained for the implemented solutions, and training is provided to internal teams and partners on how to use the B2Bi and SI systems efficiently.

5. Compliance and Security : As an IBM B2Bi (SI) Specialist, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the systems are compliant with industry standards and security protocols. This may involve implementing and monitoring secure file transfer protocols, encryption standards, and access controls.

6. Continuous Improvement : You will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in B2B integration and propose continuous improvement initiatives for the B2Bi and SI solutions.
