Job Summary:

Blue Star is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee and execute electrical works at project sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling electrical installations, industrial projects, and site coordination with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and supervise electrical site works including HT/LT panels, cabling, earthing, and lighting.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering teams at the site.
  • Monitor installation quality, safety standards, and adherence to codes and regulations.
  • Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and material requisitions.
  • Participate in testing and commissioning activities.
  • Handle client inspections and provide technical resolutions.
  • Maintain documentation including BOQs, AS-BUILT drawings, and checklist approvals.

Key Skills Required:

  • Electrical Execution HT/LT, Cable Routing, Panel Installation
  • Knowledge of IS/IEC standards and electrical safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Proficient in reading electrical drawings and load calculations
  • Familiarity with industrial/commercial project environments
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)
