One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Solution Architect to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale.Responsibilities- Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution- Align the internal technical delivery to customer initiatives and customer’s internal operating models- Build key trusted relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s organizations- Manage customer escalations by working with the customer and internal engineering teams in resolving critical issues- Educate customers with the correct technical knowledge- Create and update technical documentation as needed- Build tools and automation in accordance with the company’s needsQualifications- At least 6+ years of experience- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related area of study- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes- Experience in DevOps methodologies, tools and automation- Able to communicate with internal and external senior management- Customer relationship management and
