Providing expert guidance on tax implications for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other business transactions. Collaborating with Partners on Tax Law matters Conducting in-depth research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to develop innovative tax strategies and solutions. Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of tax-related documents, such as tax opinions, rulings, and tax returns. Representing clients in tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities, ensuring favourable outcomes. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years PQE in Tax law Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
