  • Experience in Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audit , Budgeting & GST. Strong Background on finance, accounting, or business
  • Having good practical exposures of Accounting Standards and Ind-AS
  • Proven leadership skills in managing a team of 6 to 8 finance professionals.
  • strong understanding of compliance requirements related to IT, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and other government regulations
  • Cost Management Expertise in managing production costs, budgeting, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing context.
  • Financial Analysis Strong analytical skills to assess manufacturing efficiencies and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Inventory Management Understanding of inventory valuation methods and their financial implications.
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to align financial strategy with operational goals, focusing on growth, expansion, and capital investments
