We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated 
Business Analyst
to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. This role offers 360-degree exposure across business functions, including strategy, operations, growth, product development, and business development. You will work directly with founders, CXOs, and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and execution.

This is a high-ownership role designed for fast-track growth into a business leadership or specialist role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on high-impact projects across business verticals (Growth, Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing)
  • Analyse product usage, conversion funnels, and user behaviour to uncover actionable insights
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs across business functions
  • Identify gaps in operations and suggest data-backed solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data projects
  • Support senior leadership with ad-hoc data deep dives and presentations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree any.
  • Minimum 
    1 year of work experience
     in a startup, consulting, analytics, or strategy role
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a growth mindset

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to edtech, consumer internet, SaaS, or B2C platforms
  • Worked on zero-to-one or high-growth initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across teams
