Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Stylist to join our team for product and model shoots. The Stylist will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing styling for various photoshoots, ensuring that our products and models are presented in the best possible way to align with our brand's aesthetic and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop styling concepts for product and model shoots that align with the brand's vision.
Wardrobe Selection: Source, select, and prepare clothing, accessories, and props for shoots, ensuring they are in pristine condition.
On-Set Styling: Style models and arrange products on set, adjusting and refining looks as necessary during the shoot to achieve the desired visual outcome.
Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, makeup artists, and other crew members to ensure a cohesive look and feel.
Trend Research: Stay updated on current fashion trends, product presentation techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to shoots.
Logistics: Coordinate the logistics of acquiring, organizing, and returning all styling items, managing the budget for styling needs.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any styling issues that arise during the shoot promptly and efficiently.
Post-Shoot: Assist in the organization and return of all styling items and ensure that the styling area is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a stylist in fashion, e-commerce, or related fields.
Education: Degree or certification in fashion design, styling, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous styling work, particularly in product and model shoots.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and visual composition.
Skills:
Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless styling.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
