Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with knowledge of paid advertising on social media platforms and a basic understanding of offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is passionate about branding, digital visibility, and customer engagement through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Assist in creating and running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
- Monitor ad performance, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on insights and data analytics.
- Assist in content planning for ads: banners, videos, captions.
- Stay updated on latest trends and ad tools in digital platforms.
Offline Marketing
- Support in planning and executing offline campaigns such as pamphlet distribution, hoardings, in-store branding, and local events.
- Coordinate with vendors for print media, banners, and local advertising materials.
- Collect feedback from the field and help in improving campaign strategies.
- Participate in marketing activities like roadshows, exhibitions, or local tie-ups.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BSc, BA, etc.) – Marketing specialization is a plus
- Certification in digital marketing (optional but preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of social media ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creativity and willingness to learn
- Understanding of local/offline marketing methods
- MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital or field marketing preferred
Working Hours:
- 6 Days a Week
