Job Description:

• Lead large change projects and implementations for a Student Records Management System and associated applications.
• Analyze complex business processes and design appropriate IT solutions.
• Provide functional expertise in the higher education sector in Ireland.
• Lead customer-facing workshops.
• Work with multiple customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers.
• Write functional and design specifications.
• Advise on test scripts and performing application testing.
• Design and deliver end user training.
• Write application documentation including user guides.

Experience:

• Experience with a Student Records Management System essential.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner desirable.
• Experience with other Ellucian products.
• Higher education sectoral experience in Ireland or the UK.

Other Skills :

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently.
• Understanding of Oracle databases.
• Understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, Java.
• Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
