Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Gurgaon, for Advocate Lawyers. The Advocates will handle daily casework, draft legal documents, conduct legal research, legal opinions and provide legal counsel. Attention to detail and adherence to ethical standards are crucial components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience minimum 1 year
  • Proficient in legal research and providing legal counsel
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Strong understanding of local and national legal standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and ethically
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications in law are a plus
  • Membership in Bar Council
