Role Overview-The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and growingSaraswati Global’s digital retail presence across marketplaces, brand website and strategice-commerce platforms (domestic and international). This role demands a blend of strategicthinking, operational execution and a strong understanding of digital commerce trends todrive online revenue growth, enhance customer experience and build brand visibility in thedigital space.Annual Revenue Target = 7 CrKey Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end operations for the brand’s own e-commerce website includingproduct uploads, content updates, pricing, inventory syncing and order processing. Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure website functionality,performance and user experience are optimized across devices. Plan and execute website campaigns, banners, product launches, promotions andseasonal sales to generate leads and business Monitor traffic, conversions, bounce rate and other KPIs using tools like GoogleAnalytics and heatmaps to drive CRO (conversion rate optimization). Manage listings, pricing, content and inventory across major marketplaces (Amazon,Flipkart, Pepperfry, Myntra, Urban Ladder etc) Ensure smooth order processing, shipping coordination and customer service acrossall platforms to reduce returns and increase ratings. Coordinate with internal teams for photoshoots, catalogue content and inventoryplanning to support digital sales. Plan and regularly put efforts to sell ready stocks Collaborate with marketing teams for SEO, SEM, email marketing, social campaignsand influencer collaborations to drive traffic and engagement.
