Role:-Virtual Assistant - Real Estate & NDIS SDA Administration Job Over View:- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support across our Real Estate Investment (strategy and advice) and NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services. Responsibilities:-  The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of independently managing complex administrative tasks. 1. Residential Building Contract Administration:  Self-guided administration of residential building contracts from inception to practical completion.  Coordination of all ancillary services, including:  Liaison with rental managers.  Scheduling and coordinating building inspections and quantity surveyors.  Managing and tracking the punch lists to rectification and Practical Completion  Guiding clients through the entire building process, including marketing activities such as Social Media support, testimonials and regular client follow through. 2. Real Estate Investment House and Land Packages:  Provide comprehensive administrative support for real estate investment house and land packages and other channels of the business.  Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination related to sales and transactions. 3. NDIS SDA Provider Administration:  Administer and ensure compliance with NDIS SDA provider services.  Manage lease agreements, including drafting, execution, and tracking.  Process and track NDIS claims.  Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NDIS regulations.  General NDIS SDA administration. 4. General Administrative Tasks:  Manage travel arrangements and bookings.  Supporting the Director in administrative tasks.  Create and maintain spreadsheets for data management and reporting.  Prepare and format documents in Microsoft Word and PDF.  General email management and correspondence. 5. Project Management Software (Click-Up), Marketing Software (Meet Edgar) support and File management (Google Drive). 6. Proficiency in Software: Office Suite (essential), Click Up, Meet Edgar, Social Media proficiency (desirable). Knowledge Requirement:-  Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.  Understanding of residential building contract administration processes would be advantageous.  Experience in the Australian real estate industry, particularly with house and land packages, would be advantageous.  Knowledge of NDIS SDA provider administration and compliance requirements would be advantageous.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF software.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent proficiency of English.  Ability to work independently and proactively.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  Experience with cloud based file management. Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with relevant software and platforms used in real estate and NDIS administration.  Familiarity with Australian building regulations, would be advantageous.  Experience with project management & Social Media Scheduling software (Click Up, Meet Edgar), would be advantageous..
