Job Role: Data Engineer (Microsoft BI)Job Type: Full-TimeMode of Work: 5 Days work from office for the first 6 Months, later HybridLocation: Mumbai - AiroliExperience: 4+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Data Engineer (Microsoft BI) to design, develop, and support BI solutions for our team. The role involves working on data pipelines, reporting, and visualization using Microsoft BI tools, ensuring high-quality delivery in an investment banking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain BI solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.Build and optimize SQL queries for large, complex datasets.Develop and support ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading).Create reports and interactive dashboards for business and regulatory needs.Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical/data issues.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).Strong knowledge of SQL query optimization and database performance.Hands-on experience with ETL design and development.Exposure to Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and Agile methodology.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Nice to Have (Optional)Knowledge of Python, PySpark, Airflow, or cloud technologies (Kubernetes, microservices).Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Cognos.
