Delhi (In office)Role & responsibilities:Conduct user research to understand the target audience and their needs.Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.Design intuitive and seamless user experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.Ensure consistency and coherence across different platforms and devices.Stay up to date with the latest design tools and technologies, including Material UI, Bootstrap, Figma, InVision etc.Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs using the latest technologies.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver high-quality design solutions.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design system components.Candidate requirements:Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Experience working with Material UI, Bootstrap, and other design frameworks.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with agile development processes.Bachelor's degree in UX design, interaction design, or a related field from tier 1 collegesSelection process:Two technical discussionsHR discussions
